Sun Salutation A

Surya Namaskara A (9 Vinyasas)

1. Inhale to Utthita Hastasana by raising your arms overhead.

2. Exhale to Uttanasana by folding/bending forward until your hands touch your feet.

3. Inhale to Ardha Uttanasana – heart forward

4. Exhale to Chaturanga – hands to the floor, step to plank.

5. Inhale to UMS – stretch forward and bend back. Keep your arms straight.

6. Exhale to AMS (5 breathes) at end of exhale, on no breath, jump feet to hands.

7. Inhale Ardha Uttasana

8. Exhale to Uttanasana

9. Inhale to Uttihita Hastasana
