Surya Namaskara B

1. Bend your knees deeply, inhale to Utkatasana
2. Exhale fold to Uttanasana
3. Inhale draw your heart forward to Ardha Uttanasana
4. Exhale step or jump to Chaturanga
5. Inhale to Urdhva Muka
6. Exhale to Ahdo Muka
7. Right heel steps forward, left heel spins in, inhale Vira 1
8. Hands to the floor, step to Plank. Lower down, exhale Chaturanga
9. Inhale UMS
10. Exhale AMS
11. Left foot steps forward, right heel spins in, inhale Vira 1
12. Hands to the floor, step to Plank. Lower down, exhale Chaturanga
13. Inhale to UMS
14. Exhale to AMS (5 breathes)
15. Inhale Ardha Uttanasana
16. Exhale Uttanasana
17. Inhale Utkatasana
Take a long inhale, push back, end of exhale feet to your hands, Step or lightly hop.
18. Exhale back to zero/Come full circle - Tadasana
